1. Customer From Germany

This customer is from Germany, they liked us as we are always the great partners of them. The customer said our sales team is very proactive, and professional. We have strong ability to provide the good options for cases and solutions for every problem to help them win many projects together.

In order to help our customer have more chance to win the project, our sample development team arranged the samples in priority and work very hard in every-time sample development(1st sample development, many times updated sample production till final sample).

Regarding the big competitive projects, we know well price, sample finished time, sample quality are all most important.

Customer valued us as the best team partners as we done well at every step(provide the perfect samples very fast and at last help, customer win many bags projects.

Even our price is not the cheapest, customer trust our quality, service, and productivity.

And choose us to produce for them even they did not have much profit as our quality, no only on samples is good but on production is also best!

2. Customer from Switzerland

This customer is from Switzerland,their team is very nice and it is the first cooperation between us. Their team are satisfied with our service, fast sample finished time and quality on samples and mass production.

After samples were finally confirmed,we began to order the material for mass production. But their design team has an idea to change the color of the fabric, and they would like to pay the extra charge for the materials finished.

How we solve this problem for them?

We checked with our material supplier,and it was dyed just hundreds yard fabric. We asked them to stop and dye a small piece new Pantone for their approval. And it’s fortunately that the material ordered was black color and it is same fabric that we could use for other orders. So that we saved this cost for our Switzerland customer.

The order was operated smoothly but during the mass production, the customer told us their selling time is ahead of schedule, so they will have to choose the Air freight. Considering the high cost of the much quantity to send by air, we tried our best to adjust our production schedule and finally finished the mass production ahead of schedule then we help customer catch the selling time even by Sea freight.

They were happy and lucky to cooperate with us that we always provided fast professional solution and always stand in their shoes.

3. This customer from Germany

This customer is from Germany as well, he chose to cooperate with us as we are recommended by one of our cooperated clients. Even their company’s rule is to inspect before shipment,he trusted us and thought no need to arrange the inspection.

For the customer no arranged the inspection, we did arrange to inspect by our QC team and send them all detailed pictures and report. After they received the goods, they gave me feedback that everything is very goods！

Customer trust our quality and choose to cooperate with us on the new important project of them! As the event time is ahead of schedule, we finished the production earlier than the delivery time we promised. And they have appreciated our effort to help them caught the time.
